It’s hard to beat the courtyard location looking over the pool, shuffleboard and clubhouse of The Second Bayshore Condos from the screened lanai. The fees are still reasonable here and the community is very well kept. Enjoy the heated pool and other amenities they have to offer like grills, clubhouse and annual events. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has laminate floors throughout the living area and ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths (new wall tile going up now in Bath 2.) The condo could be sold turnkey furnished so a quick and easy move-in is possible. The floorplan of this model has a large craft/storage room which is often converted to a laundry room making life that much easier. Renting is allowed after a 1 year wait. Don’t miss this one!!
