The Landings At Marina Cove is a private marina community with its own beautiful marina located directly off of the ICW yet nestled in a basin to protect from storms. Electricity is included with your HOA fee and you have two 30-amp power hookups. The HOA includes gated security, electrical box and water. Directly across the waterway is Palm Coast Marina for access to gas/ diesel fuel. Floating doc’s allowed/ no lifts or roofs over docks are permitted.
