This building DOES have an elevator. In addition, your unit comes with an ASSIGNED COVERED PARKING SPOT and a TON of guest parking for second/guest vehicles. Summer rental rates: (MAY – NOVEMBER) are $2150/month + tax (this includes ALL utilities).
In-Season rental rates: (DECEMBER – APRIL) are $4250/month + tax (this includes ALL utilities).
