Application is free until 2/29/24. 1 month free rent being offered for move ins before 2/15/24 with a signed 13 month lease. Income requirement is 3 times the rent. No evictions within the last 5 years. Background check will be performed on all applicants. $25 monthly residents benefit package, and $15 monthly for trash added to monthly invoice. Renters insurance required, or can be obtained through landlord at $10.50 per month. If there are pets: Non refundable pet deposit $300 per pet. Re-occurring pet fee $25 per month per pet. Pet fees are if applicable. 2 pet maximum. No aggressive dog breeds. It’s about $2400 to move in including first months rent for most applicants unless pet fees apply.
