Palm Coast is centrally located, just over an hour from Jacksonville (north) and Orlando (south). Just a short drive from desirable Flagler Beach. Local attractions include the Halifax Plantation Golf Club, Washington Oaks State Park, and the Fort Matanzas National Monument. Historic St. Augustine is also nearby. Palm Coast is exploding with development but is inundated with nature preserves and golf resorts. Golf lovers can golf right on the beach at the desirable Hammock Beach Resort. Nature lovers can bike or hike the Lehigh Greenway trail, (among many others) a former railroad corridor composed of 195 acres of preserve inside city limits.
